Life can be harsh, painful and confusing at times. I'm here to gently guide you back home to yourself. 

Are you longing for a space to exhale?

Dear one,​ what has your heart been holding? What stories has your body been storing? How are you really, underneath the masks, titles and the protective layers? I know the human experience often carries with it pain - pain that we sometimes don't know how to hold. So we bury it inside, hoping it will disappear. That maybe if we work hard enough, if we do all the things we're told we're supposed to - we'll finally be free. Seduced by the personal development trends and constant chase we become disconnected from ourselves. Because maybe no-one taught us how to sit with the truths our body buried. We forget that what we're looking for isn't out there - it's in here - in our heart and our body.

 

In my practice I invite you to pause - to slow down - to turn inwards - so we can attend to the pain underneath. The therapeutic space we co-create is an invitation for us to ask the difficult questions & reconnect to the wisdom within once again. Together we will take an intentional journey inwards towards love & connection, whilst recognising the struggles of living within oppressive and destructive collective systems.

Hi, I’m Oliwia

IFS & Somatic Psychotherapist, Writer & Space Holder

I offer you a space for you to explore life's complexities and struggles. I believe in a holistic psychotherapy approach that integrates all parts of you (mind-body-spirit). I hold spaces informed by the experiences of individual and collective trauma - so we can recognise the impacts of both: our own life experiences, as well as the collective suffering that impacts on our own wellbeing. To do this I integrate a mix evidence based trauma focused psychotherapy modalities such as IFS, Somatic Psychotherapies and psychodynamic perspectives. 

 

Healing should not be complicated. We shouldn't need thousands of techniques to manage symptoms. I'm here to slowly guide you back to your Self.

Finding the right therapist for you & your needs can sometimes be a challenging process. This is why I invite you to take your time. Perhaps you'd like to listen to the meditations offered for free on this website, or book a 30minute consultation for a small charge of £15 - to get a feel for how you feel in my energy. The biggest guide will be your body - can you notice if your body feels drawn to working together, or whether you feel comfortable elsewhere? There is no pressure to start therapy if you book a consultation call, you may want to take a moment to check in with yourself after we speak, or as you read these words and listen to that voice inside. Is it a yes, or is it a no? Honour that quiet nudge inside.

In terms of how sessions may feel like - people very often describe me as a calming, grounded energy. I am here to hold space for the emotions, energies, human complexities you'd like to take a look at. I am not here to fix you, as you are not broken. My intention as a therapist is to hold up a mirror, and gently guide you towards reconnection with your own body, spirit, and intuition. I do this by integrating various psychotherapy and shamanic healing modalities. I am however; mainly rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Psychotherapy as I find these approaches help us to access wisdom beyond the conscious mind and therefore expand the healing potential into mind-body dimensions. ​

We can create an online Zoom container in the comfort of your home - or there may be a possibility for in person sessions in central Manchester. Sessions usually last 55mins and are charged at £80. You are welcome to book a consultation call through the button below.

I am an accredited psychotherapist registered with the BABCP.  Below you can find list of qualifications up to date (November 2025). I undertake ongoing professional training, engage in my own private therapy and attend regular clinical supervision with a consultant level clinician.
